Do I need to install anything?
No. RadBase runs in the browser on Chrome, Edge and Safari. There are no servers to buy, nothing to maintain, and no VPN to your reading room.
Who owns the reports and the client relationships?
You do. The organization, the branding, the domain, the users, the reports and the hospital relationships are yours. We are the infrastructure underneath, not a party to your contracts.
What happens if I lose connection mid-report?
Nothing is lost. Every change is written to your device before it is sent, the editor keeps retrying in the background, and when you reopen the report it offers to restore anything the server never received.
Can two people edit the same report?
A second person opening the same report cannot silently overwrite you. If the report changed elsewhere while you were typing, the save is refused and you are shown both versions to choose between.
Is there an audit trail?
Every save, status change and restore is snapshotted and kept. Nothing is ever mutated or deleted, so any earlier state of a report can be read back and restored.
Does the AI write my reports?
It assists — drafting and quality checks. Clinical responsibility always remains with the reporting radiologist, and nothing is signed without you.
Can I bring my own radiologists?
Yes. Invite juniors, sub-specialists and reviewers with their own roles, permissions and payout terms. Your team stays your team.
